This page explains what data the studio collects on this site, why, how long it is kept and how you can access it. We never sell your data.

Processing on this site is governed by Moroccan Law no. 09-08. Its declaration to the national data protection commission (CNDP) is in progress.

Who has access
The studio members in charge of client relations, and our technical providers, each for its own task:
- Cloudflare: website hosting and bot protection;
- Notion: request tracking;
- Resend: sending e-mails;
- Microsoft 365: studio mailbox;
- Cal.com: booking calls;
- Google (Analytics, Tag Manager, Ads), Meta and Microsoft Clarity: analytics and advertising measurement, only if you accept them in the cookie banner.
Transfers outside Morocco
Some of these providers process data in the European Union or the United States. These transfers rely on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses and, for US providers that have joined it, on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
Security
Data is stored with providers that encrypt connections and access. Only authorised studio members can see it.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your data, object to its processing or to marketing, and withdraw your consent at any time. Write to info@symbiozzstudio.com: we reply within 30 days.
You can also lodge a complaint with the CNDP (www.cndp.ma).
